Product Description:

Our precision-stamped brass terminal plates are engineered for high-reliability electrical paths in demanding industrial and consumer products. Manufactured on progressive carbide dies running up to 220 strokes per minute, each blade features burr-free edges, a laser-verified slot profile, and a clean mounting aperture for quick riveting or screw assembly. The 60/40 copper-zinc alloy combines excellent electrical conductivity (≥27 % IACS) with spring resilience, while optional tin-nickel or gold plating further improves solderability and corrosion resistance.
