V-Shaped Stainless Steel Spring Clips Wholesale | Custom Internal Positioning & Snap Clips for Fastening Systems
We offer advanced precision stamping services with industry-leading equipment and process control, ensuring high efficiency and superior quality for a wide range of metal parts.
A. Minimum Pitch: 0.5 mm
Enables fine-pitch stamping ideal for compact layouts and micro parts.
B. Maximum Stamping Speed: 600 SPM or more
Suitable for high-volume production with stable, consistent output.
C. Precision Tolerance: ±0.003 mm
Guarantees ultra-precise part dimensions for demanding applications.
D. Hole Diameter to Material Thickness Ratio: 0.85:1
Supports clean and stable punching of small-diameter holes in thin materials.
E. Material Thickness Range: 0.05 mm to 2.0 mm
Accommodates ultra-thin foils and structural-grade sheet metals.
F. Material Utilization: Near-zero or zero material waste
Optimized tool design ensures maximum raw material efficiency.
Progressive drawing dies are used to form complex shapes from flat sheet metal. During this process, the material must flow into the shape of the die cavity. This flow is precisely controlled by applying:
Pressure to the blank holder
Lubrication to the die or the blank surface
If the material flows too freely, wrinkles may form. To prevent this, pressure is increased or lubrication is reduced to limit flow, forcing the material to stretch or thin. However, excessive pressure may lead to over-thinning and part failure.
Drawing is the art of finding a balance between wrinkling and breaking, achieving a stable, well-formed component through controlled deformation.
to achieve a successful part.
General Draw Radius Guideline
Metal Thickness | Minimum Radius | Maximum Radius |
.015 to .020 | .156 | .250 |
.021 to .030 | .187 | .281 |
.031 to .040 | .187 | .312 |
.041 to .050 | .187 | .343 |
.051 to .062 | .250 | .375 |
.063 to .093 | .312 | .437 |
.094 to .125 | .344 | .468 |
As a general rule, 3 times of metal thickness can be used for a start point. If the part shows evidence of cracked, the tool has been machined metal safe, thus allowing for additional radius. The part specification may require a small radius under the flange that may be achieved with one draw, as opposed to several draws to size the radius.

Q: What is your manufacturing capability?
A: We use high-end equipment such as Sodick and Charmilles to fabricate die inserts. We can achieve dimensional accuracy of ±0.002 mm.
Q: Can you manufacture parts strictly according to our drawings or samples?
A: Yes, we guarantee that all dimensions will follow your drawings or sample specifications. Please note that our general tolerance is ±0.003 mm.
Q: Will your stamping die be compatible with my press machine?
A: Absolutely. Our stamping dies are custom-built based on your press machine specifications. Before production, we will send the die design for your approval.
Q: What are your advantages compared to other suppliers?
A:
We are a professional stamping factory, with a complete team for die design, fabrication, maintenance, and stamping production. We understand the vital role of a quality die in ensuring production stability and efficiency.
All of our engineers have over 10 years of experience in the precision stamping industry, making them highly skilled and detail-oriented.
Our die components are manufactured using slow-speed wire EDM, which ensures superior precision. Many suppliers use medium-speed or fast-speed EDM, which may compromise dimensional accuracy.
